Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mealzy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Description of Service

Mealzy is a meal planning application that helps users plan their weekly meals, discover recipes, and manage grocery lists. We are currently in a pre-launch phase with a waitlist system that allows users to sign up for early access and earn rewards through referrals.

Waitlist and Referral Program

Waitlist Participation

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from us regarding Mealzy updates, launch information, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Referral Rewards

Our referral program offers rewards based on successful referrals:

• 3 referrals: Skip 100 spots in the waitlist
• 5 referrals: 1 month free premium access
• 10 referrals: Lifetime founding member status

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse the referral system
• Not use automated methods to sign up or refer users

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mealzy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Mealzy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealzy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mealzy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mealzy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
